Initial Consultation
At your initial visit with us, we will gather as much information as possible so we can determine how we can help you. We will discuss your current and past health history and will conduct a thorough examination of your spinal column and your nervous system. Referral for further tests such as X-rays maybe clinically indicated.
Report of Findings
After assessing the structure and function of your body, your lifestyle and overall health goals, we will present you with a customised care plan. Apart from your regular chiropractic adjustments, we may recommend some exercises and/or postural changes depending on your needs.
Regular Adjustments
This is when “we turn on your power”. Each chiropractic adjustment aims to free your nervous system of interferences so your body can start functioning better and eventually reach its optimal potential. Our techniques are tailored to every individual with their unique situation and goals.
Educational Nights
During these free sessions, we cover a range of topics on the five pillars of health and well being. We talk posture, exercise, diet, improving sleep and much more . We will also have guest speakers from time to time. Keep an eye on our socials for upcoming events!!
